| Title: ●Energy Conservation Standards for General Service Fluorescent Lamps and Incandescent Reflector Lamps | |
| Abstract: Amendments to Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA) established energy conservation standards for certain classes of general service fluorescent lamps (GSFL) and incandescent reflector lamps (IRL), and directed DOE to conduct two cycles of rulemakings to determine if GSFL and IRL standards should be amended (42 U.S.C. 6295(i)(3) and (4)). DOE completed its first review and published amended standards in July 2009. This is DOE's second review of energy conservation standards for GSFL and IRL. | |
