Title: Test Procedures for Illuminated Exit Signs
Abstract:

EISA 2007 amended EPCA to require DOE to evaluate, at least once every seven years, all covered products and either amend the test procedures or publish a determination in the Federal Register not to amend them. EISA 2007 also amended EPCA to require DOE to amend its test procedures for all covered products to include measurement of energy consumption of each product while in standby mode or off mode. This rule satisfies these requirements and includes a number of amendments to the test procedure for illuminated exit signs.
