Title: Test Procedures for Compact Fluorescent Lamps 
Abstract:

EPCA, as amended by EPACT 2005 and EISA 2007, requires the Secretary to review the test procedure for medium base compact fluorescent lamps and to amend the test procedure if the test procedure could more accurately or fully comply with EPCA. DOE published a final rule on August 29, 2016. (81 FR 59386)
