Title: Energy Conservation Standards for Commercial Clothes Washers 
Abstract:

EPCA requires the Secretary to determine whether updating the statutory energy conservation standards for commercial clothes washers is technically feasible and economically justified and would save a significant amount of energy. If these criteria are met, the Secretary will issue amended energy conservation standards by January 2015.
