Title: Test Procedures for Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners and Packaged Terminal Heat Pumps 
Abstract:

EPCA, as amended by EISA 2007, requires the Secretary to update test procedures for packaged terminal air conditioners and packaged terminal heat pumps that reflect any technological advances in this equipment and accurately represent the energy consumption of this equipment. The Secretary will issue amended test procedures by December 2014.
