Title: Energy Efficiency Test Procedures for Commercial and Industrial Air Compressors 
Abstract:

DOE is in the process of considering establishing energy conservation standards for commercial and industrial air compressors under part A-1 of title III of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended, under RIN 1904-AC83. Under 42 U.S.C. 6314, DOE is considering establishing test procedures for measuring the energy efficiency of commercial and industrial air compressors. DOE published a notice of proposed rulemaking on May 5, 2016 (81 FR 27219).
