Abstract:

DOE is publishing a final rule to place in DOE regulations the energy conservation standards, and related definitions, that Congress prescribed for grid-enabled water heaters in the Energy Efficiency Improvement Act of 2015, which amended the Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1975 (EPCA).
