Abstract:
In accordance with 42 U.S.C. 6292(a)(20), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) may prescribe energy conservation standards for any consumer product classified as a covered product. If DOE makes such a determination that energy conservation standards are justified for air cleaners, DOE will publish a final rule establishing energy conservation standards for air cleaners. |
