| Title: Inflation Adjustment of Civil Monetary Penalties | |

Abstract:
Last year, the President signed into law the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 further amending the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, which in part requires agencies to adjust the level of civil monetary penalties through an interim final rulemaking. This interim final rule will be issued in compliance with that law. |
