Title: Changes to DEAR Subchapters A, B, and C To Conform to the FAR  
Abstract: This rulemaking amends the Energy Acquisition Regulation subchapter A--General--parts 901, 902, 903, and 904 to include related parts of 952; subchapter B, Acquisition Planning, parts 906, 907, 908, 909, and 911, to include related parts of 952; and subchapter C, Contracting Methods and Contracting Types Planning, parts 913, 914, 915, 916, and 917, to include related parts of 952. This rulemaking removes obsolete coverage, updates references, and conforms to the FAR. If this rule is not issued, the regulation will not conform to the FAR.
