Abstract: This rulemaking is needed to amend the DEAR subchapter D--Socioeconomic Programs--parts 922, 923, 924, and 925, to remove obsolete coverage, update references, and conform to the FAR. If this rule is not issued the regulation will not conform to the FAR.
