Title: Changes to DEAR To Conform to the FAR 
Abstract: This rulemaking amends the DEAR subchapter E--General Contracting Requirements--parts 928, 930, 931, 932, and 933; subchapter F--Special Categories of Contracting--parts 935, 937, 939, and 941; subchapter G--Contract Management--parts 942, 943, 947, 949, 950, 951, and related 952 clauses. This rulemaking removes obsolete coverage, updates references, and conforms to the FAR. If this rule is not issued, the regulation will not conform to the FAR.
