Title: Drug Free Workplace
Abstract: DOE is moving its drug-free workplace regulations from 10 CFR part 607 to a new 2 CFR part 182. The regulations are co-located in title 2 of the CFR with the Office of Management and Budget drug-free workplace guidance and other Federal agency regulations. The regulatory action is an administrative simplification that makes no substantive change in DOE policy or policy and procedures for drug-free workplace.
