Title: ●Nuclear Safety Management
Abstract: This action will amend 10 CFR part 830, Nuclear Safety Management, to address improvements to DOE nuclear safety program, and update references to consensus standards, DOE technical standards and directives, particularly those identified as safe harbor methodologies. The amendments will incorporate requirements currently contained in Departmental Directives (DOE Orders) and may include changes to the scope of facilities subject subpart B or Safety Basis Requirements.
