Title: Human Reliability Program 
Abstract:

This rulemaking revises 10 CFR 712, the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Human Reliability Program by streamlining and bringing greater efficiency and standardization to DOE's Human Reliability Program. The Human Reliability Program is a security and safety reliability program designed to ensure that individuals who occupy positions affording access to certain materials, nuclear explosive devices, facilities, and programs meet the highest standards of reliability and physical and mental suitability.
