Title: Federal Implementation Plans Under the Clean Air Act for Indian Reservations in Idaho, Oregon and Washington 
Abstract:

The EPA intends to revise the rules that apply to all Indian Country, including new reservations in the Pacific NW. The EPA intends to revise the rules to align more with implementation and to better address sources of air pollution on Indian Reservations in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
