Title: EPA Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Regulations Update 
Abstract:

The EPA is proposing revisions to the Agency's regulations under the Freedom of Information Act. This action is based on EPAs targeted reconsideration of the 2023 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Regulations Update, Phase II. EPA is proposing to eliminate the inclusion of the newly minted Environmental Justice Expedited Processing criteria.
