Title: Environmental Protection Agency Freedom of Information Act Regulations Update, Phase II 
Abstract:

The Environmental Protection Agency revised its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulations, 40 CFR part 2, subpart A, which were last updated in 2002, to correct obsolete information, reflect EPA’s business process, and to comply with the OPEN Government Act of 2007, the OPEN FOIA Act of 2009, and the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016. This rule was the second of two rulemakings (Phase II) that EPA undertook to update its FOIA regulations.
