Title: Effluent Guidelines and Standards for the Pulp, Paper, and Paperboard Category 
Abstract: EPA is revising existing Best Practicable Technology (BPT), Best Conventional Pollutant Control Technology (BCT), Best Available Technology (BAT), New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), Pretreatment Standards for Existing Sources (PSES), and Pretreatment Standards for New sources (PSNS). The Agency is developing these revised effluent limitations in conjunction with development of maximum achievable control technology (MACT) standards, which limit air emissions under the Clean Air Act.
