Title: Stormwater Regulations Revision to Address Discharges from Developed Sites 
Abstract: EPA is no longer pursuing revisions to stormwater regulations governing post-construction discharges. Instead, the agency will continue to provide technical assistance and tools to communities to more effectively address stormwater pollution. EPA's efforts will encourage local efforts to implement long-term, community-based stormwater plans that use approaches such as green infrastructure and leverage other capital investment opportunities.
