Abstract:

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published the final Lead and Copper Rule Revision (LCRR) on January 15, 2021. EPA is currently considering revising this rulemaking and is conducting a review of the published LCRR under both Executive Orders 13990: Executive Order on Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis and Executive Order 13985: Executive order on Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government.
