Title: Revisions to the Metal Finishing Effluent Guidelines to Address PFAS Discharges in Chromium Electroplating Wastewater 
Abstract:

Under this action, EPA is revising the Metal Finishing ELGs at 40 CFR part 433 to address discharges of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in wastewater from chromium electroplating facilities. This action is a commitment in the Agency PFAS Strategic Roadmap released in 2021.
