Title: Clean Water Act Methods Update Rule 22 for the Analysis of Contaminants in Effluent 
Abstract:

The EPA regularly promulgates updates of approved Clean Water Act monitoring methods at 40 CFR 136.3. The EPA published a proposed rule on January 21, 2025, and accepted public comments submitted on or before March 24, 2025. The EPA is in the process of evaluating the public comments as it develops the final rule.
