Title: Revisions to the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Rule 
Abstract: EPA is considering a proposal to amend 40 CFR part 112, which includes the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) rule promulgated under the authority of the Clean Water Act. The proposed rule may include a variety of issues associated with the July 2002 SPCC final rule. Specific decisions on the scope of the rulemaking will be determined after the final rule actions associated with the Notices of Data Availability have been completed. EPA is also considering a guidance to EPA inspectors for implementation of the 2002 SPCC final rule.
