Abstract: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) amended the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule to conditionally exempt milk containers and associated equipment and appurtenances subject to the Grade "A" Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) requirements or a State dairy regulatory requirement equivalent to the current applicable PMO.
