Title: ●Water Resources Reform Development Act Farm Amendments to the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Rule 
Abstract: In response to the Water Resources Reform and Development Act (WRRDA), the EPA is proposing revisions to its Oil Pollution Prevention Rule (specifically the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) rule). The WRRDA requires that the EPA, in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, promulgate a rule to adjust certain provisions of the SPCC rule. The EPA has completed a WRRDA-mandated study, in consultation with the US Department of Agriculture, and will use this study to inform the rulemaking process.
