Title: Updates to the RCRA Hazardous Waste Regulations and Related Technical Corrections - Permitting Updates Rule 
Abstract:

This action seeks to make various regulatory amendments to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Subtitle C standards, which govern hazardous waste generators, transporters, treatment, storage, and disposal facilities. The proposed changes would codify established policies and practices, reflect current information and standards, enhance understanding and compliance with the regulations, and make technical corrections and other conforming changes to address inadvertent errors and remove obsolete references. Additionally, this action would solicit public input on topics related to RCRA Subtitle C permitting to inform possible future agency actions, such as permitting reform.
