Title: Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration Units; Response to Remand of New Source Performance Standards and Emission Guidelines 
Abstract: This action will respond to the remand of the Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) New Source Performance Standards and Emission Guidelines under section 129 of the Clean Air Act. Among other things, we will respond to the Court's 2003 remand of the CISWI rule and the Court's June 2007 vacatur of the CISWI Definitions Rule, and examine and revise, as appropriate, the methodology for developing the MACT floors and emission limits.
