Title: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Appendix A--Test Methods; Amendments to Method 301 
Abstract: This action amends EPA's Method 301: Field Validation of Pollutant Measurement Methods from Various Waste Media. This action amends Method 301 by rewriting the method in plain language, reorganizing it, and revising the technical procedures. Source owners and operators that use Method 301 to validate a proposed alternative method are subject to these requirements.
