Title: Standards of Performance for Grain Elevators 
Abstract: The New Source Performance Standards for Grain Elevators was promulgated in 1978 with the latest amendments made in 1984. Since that time, there have been a number of changes in the technology used for storing and loading/unloading grain at elevators. Also, increased production of corn used for ethanol fuel has created a demand for more grain storage. These standards are being updated again now to ensure that they protect human health while minimizing the compliance burden on grain elevators.
