Title: ●Final Regulation Extending the Reporting Deadline for Year 2010 Data Elements Required Under the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Rule 
Abstract: On October 30, 2009, EPA finalized the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule, which requires sources in certain industrial sectors above certain threshold levels to monitor and report their activities. Under the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule, sources must report their 2010 emissions by March 31, 2011. In this final rule, EPA is extending the deadline for entities to report their 2010 data to EPA until September 30, 2011. This will enable EPA to incorporate various late changes to the Rule into development of the Rule's required electronic reporting tool and allow additional internal and stakeholder testing of the tool.
