Title: Standards of Performance for Greenhouse Gas Emissions From New, Modified and Reconstructed Stationary Sources: Electric Utility Generating Units 
Abstract:

The final Carbon Pollution Standards establish carbon dioxide (CO2) emission standards for certain new, modified, and reconstructed fossil fuel-fired electric utility generating units (EGU). These include fossil fuel-fired steam generating EGUs (utility boilers and Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle, or IGCC, units) and stationary combustion turbines.
