Abstract:
The final rule went into effect on June 21, 2014. This action added AMP to the list of compounds excluded from the VOC regulatory Definition on the basis of its negligible contribution to tropospheric ozone formation. AMP will be excluded from further consideration in SIPs preparation to attain the ozone NAAQS among others. |
