This action corrected and updated source testing methods, performance specifications, and testing regulations in 40 CFR parts 51, 60, 61, and 63. The corrections and revisions consist primarily of typographical errors, technical errors in equations and diagrams, needed updates to procedures, and the addition of alternative equipment and methods the Agency has found acceptable to use. This type action is developed every few years to keep rules up-to-date and to ensure that compliance testing and monitoring are done correctly. No change was made to any federal emissions standard, reporting, or record keeping requirement.
