Title: Conforming Revisions to the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule 
Abstract:

On October 23, 2014, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit granted the EPA's motion to lift the stay and toll the deadlines of the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule. Therefore, the EPA finalized this ministerial action amending the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule so that it will reflect the revised schedule. No changes were made in the substantive requirements of the existing rule.
