Title: Response to the November 28, 2016 Section 126 Petition From Delaware 
Abstract:

This rulemaking will propose a response to a petition submitted by the State of Delaware under section 126 of the Clean Air Act. The petition requests that the EPA make a finding that Conemaugh Generating Station, located in Indiana County, PA, emits air pollutant emissions in violation of the CAA.
