Title: Implementation of the 2015 National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Ozone: Nonattainment Area Classifications Approach 
Abstract: This action established the air quality thresholds that define the classifications assigned to all nonattainment areas for the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) (the 2015 ozone NAAQS) promulgated on October 1, 2015. This final rule also established the timing of attainment dates for each nonattainment area classification.
