Title: Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources and Emission Guidelines for Existing Sources: Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration Units; Technical Amendments 
Abstract:

On June 23, 2016, the EPA issued final amendments to the Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources and Emission Guidelines for Existing Sources: Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) Units. Subsequent to the final rule, a few testing and monitoring issues were identified during the implementation phase. In this action, the EPA proposed to add a few technical clarifications to the CISWI rule (83 FR 28068) to resolve these implementation issues.
