Title: Protection of Visibility: Amendments to Requirements for State Plans
Abstract: The EPA is developing a proposed rulemaking to update the Protection of Visibility: Amendments to Requirements for State Plans Rule (82 FR 3078, January 10, 2017) in response to interested party feedback received on the 2017 rulemaking (including petitions for reconsideration) and subsequent guidance documents . EPA is soliciting information pertaining to and requesting comments to assist in the potential development of regulations for the third planning period. This information will be used to review the existing applicable requirements to assess whether EPA should consider pursuing the development of amendments to those requirements.
