Title: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Stationary Combustion Turbines; Amendments 
Abstract:

This action amends the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Stationary Combustion Turbines to remove the stay of the effective date of the standards for new gas-fired turbines that was finalized in 2004.
