Title: Amendments to the General Conformity Regulations 
Abstract:

The EPA is proposing to revise the General Conformity Regulations at 40 CFR part 92 subpart B. The revisions are expected to make necessary updates including, but not limited to, clarifying certain definitions, deleting obsolete information, correcting drafting errors left through past revisions, providing updates related to subsequent rulemaking, and providing revisions for sections that could benefit from further clarification.
