Title: Revisions to the Public Participation Requirements in Minor New Source Review Permitting Program  
Abstract:

This action pertains to the EPA's rules for State Implementation Plans addressed in Clean Air Act section 40 CFR 51.160-51.164, which apply to the preconstruction permitting programs of state and local air pollution agencies. The purpose of this rulemaking is to address minimum requirements for public participation in the administration of minor source New Source Review programs.
