Title: Other Solid Waste Incinerators New Source Performance Standards/Emission Guidelines: Air Curtain Incinerators Title V Permitting Provisions; Technical Correction  
Abstract:

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is making a correction to a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register on April 17, 2024. The EPA finalized the Other Solid Waste Incinerators (OSWI) New Source Performance Standards/Emission Guidelines; Title V Permitting Provisions final rule which will remove title V permitting requirements for air curtain incinerators (ACI) that burn only wood waste, clean lumber, yard waste, or a mixture of these three types of waste. Following signature of this final rule, EPA discovered inadvertent errors in the regulatory text and is correcting these in this action.
