Title: Phasedown of Hydrofluorocarbons: Reconsideration of Certain Regulatory Requirements Under the Technology Transitions Provisions of the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2020 
Abstract:

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency received petitions to reconsider certain provisions of the Technology Transitions final rule established under subsection (i) of the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act. This proposal addresses petitions and other requests for adjustments by companies and trade associations, including for refrigerated transport – intermodal containers, industrial process refrigeration and chillers for industrial process refrigeration used in semiconductor manufacturing, retail food refrigeration systems for supermarkets and remote condensing units, cold storage warehouses, refrigerated laboratory centrifuges, and condensing units in residential and light commercial air conditioning and heat pumps.
