Title: Improvements for Highway Vehicle Compliance Provisions and Test Procedures, and Other Technical Amendments 
Abstract:

This rule would make technical amendments including regulatory corrections, clarifications to test procedures and compliance provisions, and other minor changes to improve clarity and streamline highway vehicle regulations. In addition, minor technical amendments are included for certain other mobile source sectors.
