Title: ●Extending the Deadline Under the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Rule for 2024 Data 
Abstract:

This rule extends the 2024 reporting year deadline under the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Rule from March 31, 2025 to May 30, 2025. This rule only changes the deadline for reporting for 2024 data. This rule does not change the reporting deadline for future years, and it does not change the requirements for what regulated entities must report.
