| Title: ●Extension of Effective Date for Removal of Gasoline Volatility Waiver for Ohio and Nine Counties in South Dakota | |
|
Abstract:
In February 2024, the EPA responded to requests from state governors to remove the 1-psi volatility waiver for gasoline-ethanol blends containing 10 percent ethanol in their states with an effective date of April 28, 2025. This action was done in response to new requests from the Governors of Ohio and South Dakota to delay the effective date by one year. The effective date for Ohio and nine western counties in South Dakota is now April 28, 2026. |
