Abstract:

The final rule, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Integrated Iron and Steel Manufacturing Facilities Technology Review, was promulgated on April 3, 2024. (See 89 FR 23294) The EPA identified items for mandatory reconsideration and this action will stay those items for 90 days.
