Title: ●Removal of Waste Emissions Charge Regulation for Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems: Procedures for Facilitating Compliance, Including Netting and Exemptions 
Abstract:

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is taking final ministerial action to remove regulations found in 40 CFR Parts 2, 98, and 99 from the Code of Federal Regulations. The Waste Emissions Charge regulation that was published in the Federal Register on November 18, 2024, is no longer in effect, following disapproval under the Congressional Review Act.
