Abstract:

The final rule, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Taconite Iron Ore Processing, was promulgated on March 6, 2024. (See 89 FR 16408) The final rule established emission limits for mercury, hydrogen chloride, and hydrogen fluoride. The EPA has identified certain items in that final rule for reconsideration, which this action will address.
